This Privacy Policy describes how PinupStadium Pulse Sports developed by Profadev Technologies ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MatchRoom Live mobile application (the "App") and our companion website. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, the following information is collected automatically:

• Anonymous identifier: A unique, randomly generated identifier is created on your device when you first launch the App. This identifier does not contain any personal information and is used to provide the App's services. It is stored locally on your device.
• Device language and region: The App detects your device's language and region setting to provide content in the appropriate language.
• Google Advertising ID: The App collects your device's Google Advertising ID for attribution purposes — to understand how users discover the App (for example, whether you found it through an ad campaign or organically).
• Attribution data: The App collects information about how you arrived at the App, including the installation source and any associated marketing campaign name.

2.2 Built-in Browser

The App includes a built-in browser used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described in the Automatically Collected Information section above. The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage as part of standard browser functionality. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.

2.3 App-Specific Data

The App stores certain information locally on your device to provide its features:

• Preferences and settings: Your onboarding status and app preferences are saved locally so the App remembers your choices between sessions.
• Fan game progress: Your scores and completed games in the Fan Games feature are stored locally on your device.
• Table reservations: When you make a table reservation, the details (date, table, time slot, guest name, and guest count) are stored locally on your device.
• Cached content: Menu items, bar details, and images are cached locally for faster loading.

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

2.4 Support and Bug Reports

The App's Support page allows you to send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:

• Your name and email address
• A description of your question or the issue you encountered
• An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device's camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device's file picker

This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• Display content in your preferred language
• Remember your preferences, game progress, and table reservations
• Understand how users discover the App and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Respond to your support requests

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information.

The App uses AppsFlyer for mobile attribution and marketing analytics. The following data is shared with AppsFlyer:

• Your Google Advertising ID
• Your anonymous identifier
• Attribution data (installation source, campaign name)

We may also share information with:

• Service providers that assist in operating and maintaining the App
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law

5. Data Retention

• The anonymous identifier persists on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
• The Google Advertising ID is managed by Google Play Services. You can reset it at any time in your device settings.
• Attribution data is retained by AppsFlyer in accordance with their data retention policies.
• Cookies and local storage in the built-in browser follow standard browser expiration rules and persist until cleared by the website or by clearing the App's data.
• Locally stored preferences, game progress, table reservations, and cached content persist on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
• Support request data (name, email, message, and any attachments) is retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Some network connections within the App may use unencrypted HTTP. All other data transmissions use HTTPS encryption.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Clear locally stored data, cookies, and the anonymous identifier by clearing the App's data in your device settings
• Reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads)
• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
• Request information about the data we hold about you by contacting us

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
